His leadership strategy is based on driving results and organizational effectiveness through improved engagement. Terry believes you should always start with the "why" questions regarding decisions and initiatives especially as it relates to their core vs. non-core competencies.

From account executive to the executive office, Terry has enjoyed success at every level with various companies and organizations throughout his career.
A graduate of Georgia Southern University, he played on the Eagles' 1986, '89 & '90 National Championship football teams under legendary coach Erk Russell. Since 2006, Terry has been the Football Color Analyst for the Georgia Southern Sports Network and is an Executive Board Member for the Eagle Football Alumni Association.
In February 2017, he was appointed by Georgia Governor Nathan Deal to serve on the Georgia Sports Hall of Fame Authority.
Terry's wife is an Access Instructional Coach for the local public school system and they have 3 daughters.
